If for some reason you're dissatisfied at any time during the first 7 days after your purchase of any online training courses, simply ask for a full refund. You'll get your money back. That's a firm promise and commitment.
Courses with Payment Plans:
If you're not satisfied at any time during the first 7 days of your purchase of any online training courses using a payment plan, simply ask for a full refund. You'll get your money back. Please note, payment plans are not cancellable after 7 days. You are obligated to pay the full price of the course through the duration of your payment plan.
Due to the nature of digital and downloadable products, there is no way we can accept returns or refunds once the download has been delivered.
Physical Products (books, manuals, etc):
If for some reason you're dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after your purchase of a training manual or book and you wish to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, send an email to admin[at]leansigmacorporation.com to request your refund. Any physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below, must include your purchase information (such as a copy of your receipt) so that we can make a refund, and the products should be in merchantable condition (i.e. we could resell them because they're in good condition). Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 20 % of the purchase price.
